If you feel an item you want to purchase is overpriced or you found it at a lower price somewhere else, you may request for a reduced price from . To make a request for special pricing, follow the Price Match link located on any product page. You must have a Customer Login Name to be eligible to recieve special pricing. Any request recieved between 12:00 pm EST on Sunday through 12:00 pm EST on Friday will be responded to by e-mail within 24 hours. All others will be answered by the following Monday. American Made Outdoors does not guarantee we will match any price but we will work very hard to accomadate any reasonable request.
Shipping
In stock items will be shipped same day when orderd by 11:00 AM CST, Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. For special order items, you will be notified by phone or e-mail with a delivery date.
All Express Delivery orders are shipped the same day when ordered by 11:00 A.M. CST, Monday through Friday. Express Delivery applies to business days only. No 2nd Day or Next Day Delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
Oversized items and orders being shipped outside the lower 48 States may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will contact you via e-mail with any additional charges.

American Made Outdoors does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry specific items offered on this website according to federal, state or local laws. These items include, but are not limited to, all ammunition, black powder, bows, knives, and crossbows. A person placing an order for such items on this website warrants that he or she is an adult and is under no legal restrictions which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring these items under applicable federal, state or local law. Further, these items cannot be sold to minors, convicted felons, those convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic abuse or those chemically dependent. For ammo and black powder orders, a person warrants that he or she is at least 21 years of age.
Frieght Shipping shipped by commercial carrier curbside. Unloading is the customer's responsibility, including off the back of the truck. No expedited delivery. High-value orders require a physical street address, otherwise insurance costs will be added to the shipping total.
Items that are identified as Heavy/Bulky may require a shipping charge in addition to the regular surface shipping charges. Due to the weight and/or size of these items, special AIR delivery charges also apply. We will contact you via e-mail with any additional charges.
Return Policy *
AMO will accept returned merchandise for credit/refund or exchange when either of the following criteria have been met.
1.)
If you are not satisfied with the product, it must be returned with original invoice/receipt within 10 days of receiving item. The customer is responsible for the returning shipping and handling costs. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. AMO Return Procedures must be followed.
NOTE: If an item is returned for any reason other than damaged or defective, AMO will charge a 15% restocking fee.
2.)
If there is a manufacturing defect, we must be notified by phone within 10 days of your receipt of item(s) in question.
3.)
If item(s) sustained damage during transit, we must be notified by phone within 2 days of your receipt of item(s) in question.
NOTE: When returning defective or damaged merchandise, AMO Return Procedures must be followed.
Return Procedures
When you are returning merchandise for credit/refund the following steps must be followed in order to insure that your needs are met in an appropriate time frame.
STEP 1: Call AMO customer service at 1-800-591-7060 to obtain a return authorization number. Please have original shipping invoice and receipt ready. We will need information from those items.
STEP 2: Label package with return authorization number directly on the outside of the shipping box. We suggest you write it in large, bold letters right next to whatever form of shipping label you have chosen to use. Any package received without an easy to read return authorization number will be returned to sender and not be processed.
Your refund will be credited back to your credit card once we have received your returned shipment and confirm the condition of the returned product.
